We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join a high-impact telecom digital transformation programme. You will coach cross-functional teams, remove impediments, and ensure adherence to agile principles across the delivery lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews
- Track and report velocity, burn-down, and delivery metrics
- Shield the team from distractions and resolve escalated blockers
- Coach team members on Scrum and agile best practices
- Coordinate dependencies with other scrum teams and programme leadership
