We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support a major telecom transformation initiative. You will work closely with business owners and technical teams to define requirements, document processes, and validate delivered solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit, document, and manage business and functional requirements
- Produce user stories, use cases, process flow diagrams, and data flow maps
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews
- Perform gap analysis between AS-IS and TO-BE states
- Support UAT planning, execution, and sign-off
